Bryan Farm Excavation & Grading

Underground Propane & Fuel Services

Bryan Farm Excavation & Grading is also well versed in anchoring tanks for residential and commercial use and also anchoring tanks to FEMA specs. We can also bury tanks where others can not.  I also engineered a system to bury tanks in areas that fill up with water and tanks pop out.  After we're done, the tank is buried in a fashion where it will not pop out, the customer is happy and the gas company looks like a shining star.

This is Matt Bryan of Bryan Farm Excavation and Grading.  I have been in the excavation and grading business for 24 years and in business for myself since 2006 where I started burying propane tanks just a few months into business.  Today, we are the largest underground propane installer on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.  We also service Delaware.  We have been installing underground propane tanks in Maryland and Delaware year round in all conditions since 2006. No gas company employees are required onsite for install. The only things we require are four flags for tank location, flags for a trenching route, a tank, anode, and dome. Pipe and hardware if we are trenching as well. Bryan Farm Excavation & Grading takes care of all Miss Utility locates.

To the best of my knowledge, we are the only contractor or company installing underground tanks by using a laser transit.  The Rego Multivalve is designed to be set even or just above the finished grade once done installing the underground propane tank. That is the reason for using the laser transit.  I pioneered today's process for the correct installation of underground propane tanks.  Bryan Farm Excavation & Grading is current on all cathodic protection practices.  Bryan Farm Excavation & Grading is also current on all Maryland and Delaware building and zoning codes required for propane tank installations.  Bryan Farm Excavation & Grading is current and well versed in all polypropylene gas line and fitting connections.   We carry all tools needed for most copper and polypropylene gas fitting connections.  Bryan Farm Excavation & Grading can take care of ALL connections underground so that your technicians don't have to touch a shovel or the dirt.  This saves the gas company time and money not to mention workman's comp claims for labor injuries due to shoveling.  All propane tanks that are installed by us once set in the ground are checked with a level to ensure they are both level and plumb.  If they are not exactly level, minor adjustments will be made to ensure so.

Bryan Farm Excavation & Grading can also trench anywhere...for anything.  We even trench across driveways and through flower beds. Hand trenching is not a problem for our customer minded, skilled laborers.  When we trench through flower beds, we first rake back the mulch so that we can spread the mulch back out after we are done so that it doesn't even look like we were there. Same thing on driveways. First we push back the stone, then we push back the base material. When we are finished, we make sure that it is a minimal disturbance and that the customers property is put back in the best condition possible.
