Bryan Farm Excavation & Grading
Interesting job we were called in to do. Customer said we've got a leak...and we need it fixed. Anyone who knows anything about pipework knows that this riser shouldn't be free standing. If you notice at the top, there's a patch on the pipe indicating it's already losing it's integrity. We had to build a support system to hold the upper part of the riser so that we could remove the lower part. If you notice in the first picture, the pipe is blowing water out the right side. Basically it's getting ready to explode....lol. We build a stable platform to support the upper riser that once finished our repairs, would continue to support both the lower riser and upper riser. The kicker is we built the platform out of junk steel laying around their property because the customer didn't want to buy new steel. We saw cut the concrete, jack-hammered, excavated, removed underground lines and reinstalled the new lines with upgraded materials. Back-filled, compacted and then re-poured all the concrete. All done in house without using any subs. We are your one stop shop.
